We can provide temporary oversight for a portfolio of up to five (5) buildings while you are looking for a permanent Regional Manager. The Owner of Affordable Onboarding has years of experience overseeing various affordable housing developments. She has an active CPM, ARM, HCCP, TCS, COS and a Broker's License. This position may include writing budgets, submitting variance reports, preparing a property for MOR or AOC, placing replacement reserve requests, rent increases, and much more! Please note:
