Relocation Service
If your Property is about to go through a rehab that involves resident relocation and you need someone to manage your residents and movers to make sure the relocation go smoothly, we are happy to help! We understand the importance of meeting the deadlines and strict adherence to the relocation schedule. Our dedicated Relocation Specialist will work closely with your residents, their families, onsite management and construction teams to coordinate the moves. We also offer moving and packing service, as well as the White Glove cleaning service for units and common areas.
Filing Clerks
Have an MOR coming up or just need to get your resident files back in shape? Our filing clerks are knowledgeable, efficient, and detail oriented! They are familiar with most forms used for various affordable housing programs and filing requirements (HUD Section 8, RAD, LIHTC, HOME, etc.) and will help you catch up on your filing. They will flag missed signatures and dates, as well as missing forms.

Recertification Specialist
Does your property have a lot of past due recertifications ? Our Recertification Specialists can get you quickly caught up while following all the standard guidelines for each program type. Our recertification service is A to Z, from scheduling the interviews with residents to filing the paperwork, and everything in between. Our Recertification Specialists are trained, experienced and certified. Allow us to lend a hand to avoid terminated subsidies and write offs due to late recertifications!
Lease-Up Service
Whether you need to lease up a newly developed property or catch up on occupancy at a struggling building, we've got you covered! Our Lease-up consultants will follow your development's specific program requirements and work with applicants and prospects to get them housed as soon as possible.
Administrative Staff and Floaters
Looking for a temporary administrative assistance for your site? We can provide part-time and full-time coverage at various administrative levels. All of our admins and floaters are trained or in a process of being trained to work specifically with affordable housing programs.
Regional Supervisor
We can provide temporary oversight for a portfolio of up to five (5) buildings while you are looking for a permanent Regional Manager. The Owner of Affordable Onboarding has years of experience overseeing various affordable housing developments. She has an active CPM, ARM, HCCP, TCS, COS and a Broker's License. This position may include writing budgets, submitting variance reports, preparing a property for MOR or AOC, placing replacement reserve requests, rent increases, and much more! Please note:
** This service is only offered for portfolios with fully staffed admin teams. ** We do not enter into exclusive agreements.
New Property Onboarding
Did you just acquire a new building and need to have it onboarded as soon as possible? Our staff can help you make this transition by setting up new contracts or transferring existing services to a new ownership entity and/or a new property management company. If you are going to keep employees from a previous management company, we can assist them with being set up in Paycom system in a timely manner.
